System 1: Abrasive Blast to AS 1627.4 Class 2 ½ using non recycled garnet/grit
First Coat: Interzinc 72 75 microns DFT
Second Coat: Intergard 475 HS 200 to 250 microns DFT
System 2: Hot Dipped Galvanised to AS/NZS 4680-2006

DESCRIPTION:

Supply, fabrication and installation of 1 Main process building consisting of welded beams & columns portals, 1 pipe bridge, 3 x chemical storage buildings, 3 MCC Buildings, 1 Energex substation, 1 Pump house building, 316 stainless steel handrail and stair case to the entry of the main process building, 1 Lime building, Erect 4 x aluminium roof structures over treated water tanks, solids balance tanks and raw water tanks approx 2500m2 aluminium roofs.
